What is 7-on-7?The TFL 7-on-7 Football program is a competitive, one-hand touch football league that enables quarterbacks, receivers, running backs, defensive backs, linebackers and other skill players to improve their techniques. The game is fast paced, exciting and challenging. High Schools use it to prepare their teams for the fall tackle season. Additional field time helps position development and overall conditioning. The game is played on a standard football field.

All families who are attending the parties will come straight to the gym. and either pick up their pre-printed tag or have their tag printed. Please make sure you have you ID with you either way for verification.
Also, due to the Holiday parties, there will be no lunch visitors. Thank you for understanding!

Designed to give the girls the best option to practice, play games, learn from area high school coaches & pros, this academy will fit easily within your existing schedule. Our experienced staff will run a practice, focusing on drills and repetition for the fundamentals. We will cover pitching, fielding, hitting, throwing … everything needed to build confidence and skills for their next season. We want to eliminate the bad habits before they start. Players will be split into groups based on age and ability. Parent coaches are welcome to get involved with our pros. We know you all want to learn more about all aspects of the game.
